The future standard membership price for the Detailer Review System is $99 per month. Customers who enroll during the initial rollout do so under a $49/month Founding Member Rate.

The $49/month membership rate remains available as long as the subscription stays continuously active. Cancellation ends the locked-in rate. If a former founding member later reactivates, the pricing available at that time applies - the $49 rate is not guaranteed to still exist.

The initial payment is $59: $49 for the first month of membership plus a $10 deposit into your usable software wallet.

After activation, ongoing monthly billing is $49 (while continuously active) plus actual usage (SMS, email, and AI).

A minimum $10 usable software-wallet deposit is required at activation. This is not a setup fee. The balance remains in your account and funds pay-as-you-go usage such as SMS messages, emails, and AI-drafted replies.

You may top up your wallet at any time from your account.

SMS, email, and AI usage are billed separately from the $49/month subscription based on actual use. Rates vary by third-party carrier, provider, and message type (transactional vs. marketing) and can change without notice from those providers.

We do not claim usage is always inexpensive. Cost depends on volume, region, message length, and provider surcharges.

You are responsible for monitoring and maintaining your wallet balance. If the balance is insufficient, usage-dependent services (SMS, email, AI drafts) can pause until the wallet is topped up. Non-usage components such as the widget, feedback page, and dashboard continue to operate.

If Wellmon does not complete the standard build within 3 business days of the clock starting, your next month's $49 subscription fee is waived. The clock starts as soon as you complete and submit the onboarding intake form. No other prerequisite (wallet deposit, platform approvals, DNS access) is required to start the countdown.

Delays caused by third-party approvals - including Google Business Profile verification, SMS carrier registration (e.g., 10DLC), email domain authentication, DNS changes, and other outside providers - are excluded from the 3-business-day window.

The system relies on third-party platforms such as Google, SMS carriers, and email providers. Their availability, policies, pricing, and API access can change at any time and are outside our control. Wellmon will make reasonable efforts to adapt to these changes but cannot guarantee uninterrupted functionality of features that depend on them.

Wellmon does not guarantee any specific number of reviews, star rating, search ranking, leads, conversions, or revenue. Results depend on your service quality, customer volume, response times, and how you use the system.

Every customer, every time, is presented with both the public-review option and the private-feedback option. Wellmon does not use, enable, or configure workflows that filter, hide, or suppress honest customer experiences from public review platforms.

Treatment of an unused wallet balance at cancellation follows the policies of the checkout provider and payment processor in effect at that time, until Wellmon publishes a finalized wallet-refund policy. Once finalized, that policy will control.
