Business customer information - the account holder's name, business name, email, phone number, branding assets, and billing details.
End-customer contact information - names, phone numbers, and email addresses provided by the account holder for the purpose of sending review requests and collecting feedback.
Feedback content - reviews, ratings, and private feedback submitted in response to a request.
Usage data - logs of requests sent, QR scans, widget loads, and similar operational data used to run and improve the Service.
How We Use Information
To provide, operate, and maintain the Service, deliver review requests via SMS and email, draft AI-assisted responses for owner approval, display reviews on the account holder's website and channels, and support account billing.
Third-Party Processors
The Service relies on third-party providers - for example SMS carriers, email delivery services, AI providers, review platforms (including Google Business Profile), hosting infrastructure, and payment processors. These providers process information on our behalf under their own terms and privacy policies.
Consent for SMS & Email
The account holder is responsible for ensuring lawful consent to contact end customers via SMS and email in the applicable jurisdiction. Recipients can opt out at any time using the mechanisms included in each message.
Data Retention
We retain account and operational data for as long as the account is active and as reasonably needed to provide the Service and comply with legal obligations.
Your Choices
Account holders can update or delete branding assets and contact lists from the account. End customers can request access, correction, or deletion of their personal information by contacting the account holder or Wellmon at contact@wellmonsystems.com.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure, and no absolute guarantee of security is made.
Children
The Service is not intended for use by children under 16.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or the account holder's registered contact information.
